My family has been in the restaurant business since before I was born, so I grew up tasting many a different food, experiencing many a different eatery and listening to discussions on what makes a place successful. I was also born, raised and live in Vancouver, home to some of the best restaurants in the World!
Now I didn't get into "the biz" myself nor do I claim to be a professional critic but I feel my passion for good food, my palate for unique flavors and my knowledge for smart-running restaurants helps me get some insight into what's happening in Vancouver's World of Food.
